Board Member Removal From Office

If a majority of the Board determines that a Board member has willfully failed to perform the member’s official duties, it may request the appropriate Intermediate Service Center to remove such member from office. For example, excessive absences from Board meetings unrelated to extenuating circumstances may be considered a willful failure to perform official duties warranting such a request.
