Every year, District 39's strategic plan has been updated to set the direction for the education system in Wilmette. Last year, D39 launched an effort to develop a new multi-year strategic plan for the district. This roadmap allows District 39 to provide a framework that focuses on the most essential, key initiatives while accomplishing excellence collectively for our students for the next several years.
While the pandemic paused our work, we are excited to move forward in developing a multi-year strategic plan for District 39.
The information on this page, including all meeting reference documents, will be updated as we progress through the strategic planning process. We will also look to D39 families, staff, students and those in the community to provide feedback and input.
