During this presentation, we will review some student safety scenarios and our presenters will share best practices for handling various situations. We will be joined by  representatives from Family Service Center, KEY Coalition, Wilmette Police Department, and Be SMART. District Strategic Advisory Team Meeting
Year five of our multi-year strategic plan is upon us! Our District Strategic Advisory Team (DSAT) is an important part of the implementation and oversight of our multi-year plan which guides our work across all facets of the district. This multi-stakeholder group is charged with reviewing progress and key performance indicators and making recommendations regarding adjustments to action plans, implementation and progress monitoring while ensuring voice, agency and representation in decision-making.

Our DSAT held its first meeting yesterday to review and provide feedback on our proposed 2025-26 Strategic Plan Action Steps, which will be reviewed with our Board of Education at its Committee of the Whole meeting on Monday (Sept. 8) and presented for approval at the Board of Education’s regular September meeting (Sept. 15). Meeting information and agendas for Committee and regular monthly Board of Education Meetings are posted online the Friday before each meeting.
